TAGGED! Thanks bekah!

Well, I guess I better play fair.. So here i Go:

GREATS OF 2007

Greatest Memory: I would have to agree with Bekah and let her know her visit out to memphis was unforgettable! Definately a hight light of my year! But on a funny note- Tessa got sick for a few days and I was really worried about her with a high fever congestion ect.. (thats not the funny part) I took her to the doctor and everything. But she didnt get better even on medication.. Finally out of the blue one day she coughed and a huge piece of spagetti came out of her noise! It was so NASTY! it obviously had been up there for a while- poor thing.. but we got it out and an hour later she was better! not kidding true story!

Greatest Accomplishment: I am going to have to say two things here a.) the 19 hours in one day road trip we did from memphis to colorado with a two year old and b.) all the house prodject we accomplished: to just name a few- put in hardwood floors, cobble stone patio, painted half the house-outside, build a laundry room and put in plumming, updated countertops, painted and put up pea board in tessa room... among other things i cant remember.. ALL LAST SUMMER.

Greatest Heartache: I am going to have to say all the weddings, and reunions, and family events we had to miss because we lived too far away. Also Nicks jeep died on and off leaving us with one car which he had to use for school.. that was pretty heartbreaking being stuck at home! But over all i felt really blessed this year.

Greatest Epiphany: ok your going to have to think outside the box for this one. But last year as I was running to the store one night. I had the most wonderful spiritual experience in a very unordinary way. As I was loading my groceries in the car and sort of shoved the cart into the empty spot beside me, I had the strangest feeling that I needed to return it to the cart return spot. (not that i havent left it a million times before) but I was by myself no Tessa and it was extremely quiet and empty at this store. I thought "what difference does it make if I leave the cart here or return it? that doesnt matter? Some one gets paid." Then the strongest voice said "well it matters to some one". I was totally wrapped up in this feeling of love/compassion and thought of someone closing up late at night running all over the parking lot loading carts. Well of course I did as I was prompted and put the cart away where it belonged and drove home. But driving home I realize that I wasnt seeing the WHOLE picture. I couldnt stop thinking about what the world would be like if everyone took that thought of compassion and love and went out of their way for someone else. I realize the message had little to do with the cart but that was the way the Lord got through to me. The epiphany was I may only be one person and it doesnt seem like i can really make a difference in the world.. But maybe one act of kindness can really matter to one person. And in the end thats all that matters.

Greatest UTUBE Video: Well, I actually dont watch too many.. But Nick showed me these vidoes called, "The PUMPKIN BLOW" or something like that.. Its a bunch of rednecks who pile all the old halloween pumpkins in a field and blow them up with TNT.. Its really funny because its an actual holiday in WESTON IDAHO.. (nicks home town!) WEL LOVE THOSE GUYS!

Greatest Movie: Well I know this movie didnt come out in 2007. But i saw it for the first time in 2007 and I loved it. Its called the Ron Clark Story.. Based on the real life of a famous teacher Ron Clark. If you havent seen it do!

Greatest Record: I am so out of it now.. I couldnt even tell you.. I have to take bekah's word and say Carrie Underwood. (Bekah-please burn and send me =)

Greatest Concert: Well i didnt go to any in 2007.. Does ward choir count? but... in my life time.... A long long time ago.. In a glax.. j/k When I was still hip and into music.. I actually did go to quite a few concerts in my day.. Of course none of which I would mention. But for my 17th birthday a couple of my friends bought me tickets to a punk concert (again not going to mention the bands in case tessa ever gets ahold of this information and try to use it against me in some way) but.. i was so surprised and i had a really fun night..

Greatest Moment of Immaturity: Hmmm well.. pratically every time I slammed the door on nick.. probably me just being alittle tempramental and moody.. sorry love!

Greatest Area of Growth: I am definately going to have to say in my tummy! he he.. but i have an excuse now.. i am pregnant.. =) But in all honesty I have much improved my ability to handle Tessa's hyperactivity with patience and love. I also have grown in my confidence in teaching in church as i was called into the YW.. (but not anymore ward boundaries changed) I have been missing it termendously.. but i guess the Lord is going to find me another area to work on..

Greatest Moment: After a few miscarriages I have to say the best moment of 2007 was when I found out I was pregnanty with baby number 2. YIPPY.. Oh and of course nick passing all his class each semester in 2007 definately a high light!

OK I AM GOING TO TAG: Rachel, Kayleigh, Janae, and Tiffany!
